Our panel will review the outlook for debt and equity capital markets for 2009 and flag the biggest risks for your business. They will discuss the latest trends and techniques for optimizing your organization's capital structure to minimize these risks, and how your capital structure should look regardless of financial market conditions.

Richard Hargadine
Richard Hargadine is Sr. Vice President in charge of commercial banking business development for Wells Fargo's Regional Commercial Banking Offices in St. Louis and Kansas. He is in the business of originating middle-market lending activity for traditional and non-traditional banking products and services for commercial customers throughout Missouri, Kansas, southwest Illinois and Arkansas.
Panelists
1) David E. Wilsdorf
David Wilsdorf is the Regional Vice President in charge of commercial banking operations for Wells Fargo's St. Louis Regional Commercial Banking Office. He directs the business of originating and managing middle-market lending activity for traditional and non-traditional banking products and services for commercial customers throughout Missouri, Southwest Illinois, and Arkansas.
2) Kevin Sullivan
Kevin Sullivan is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group of Wells Fargo Securities, LLC. Mr. Sullivan manages the St. Louis office and is responsible for southeast U.S. investment banking efforts. He has over 20 years of corporate finance experience with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions for companies across a wide variety of industries.
3 ) Jack Sturm
Jack Sturm is a Senior Vice President at U.S. Bank, N.A. in the Business Credit Division. Jack is responsible for sourcing, structuring and closing asset based loans in the Central United States. Jack has worked for U.S. Bank (and predecessor banks) on and off for 24 years, having also worked at LaSalle Bank.
4) Andrew Hereford
Andrew Hereford is President and co-founder of Parkside Financial Bank & Trust. Parkside launched April 23, 2008 with a focus to provide banking products and services to locally owned and operated, small to medium sized businesses, the business owner and their family. Prior to starting Parkside, Andrew was a Senior Vice President with Southwest Bank of St. Louis where he served in various positions for more than 15 years and an Executive Vice President with UMB Bank for one year.
