Previously Don was CEO of an $80 million high tech marketing services company based in St. Louis. He began his career with Haskins & Sells in Kansas City and moved to St. Louis in 1981 working for Brown Shoe Company in various senior financial roles. He launched his first entrepreneurial venture in 2002 which achieved profitability in the first full year of operation and acquired TrainingDepartment.com in 2003.
